In this class we will be cooking with native Brazilian, Venezia Bedouin. You may recognize her as the friendly, lovely lady who welcomes customers to The Wild Table. She will share recipes she grew up with - rice, beans, short ribs with yucca and passion fruit mousse. Her stories of family, food memories and growing up in the Brazilian jungle will shed light on the food she teaches you to prepare.
