Pick up between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on Wednesday, Dec. 24
BREAKFAST
A dozen tender rolls, swirled with cinnamon and spices and covered in caramel. (12 Qty)
A whole filet of salmon cured, smoked and ready to slice for any appetizer platter.
APPETIZERS
A whole wheel of Brie, topped with huckleberry jam cooks inside flaky, puff pastry. The result is melting cheese, hot pastry and sweet jam. This is perfect for an appetizer on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
A smaller version of the classic, perfect for an appetizer platter. Filet wrapped in puff pastry. One dozen per order.
DINNER
Prime tenderloin of beef wrapped in flaky puff pastry, mushroom duxelles and a mustard and horseradish glaze. This is the ultimate celebration food.
One dozen flaky, soft dinner rolls. Great for mopping up every last bit of holiday dinner.
Four different kinds of aged a& artisan cheeses mixed with crab for a decadent Christmas dish. Serves 6 to 8 people.
Mashed Potatoes with Herb, Garlic and Butter.
One quart, serves 3-4.
Chunky wedges of carrots slow-roasted and kissed with sage and honey. Serves 6-8.
This salad has it all: baby kale, cabbage, carrots, celery, craisins, toasted pumpkin seeds and sliced apple.
